The Tiny Factory Team
A 'Tiny Team' works and works under the roof of The Tiny Factory. What unites us all is the joy of creation and a high standard of quality. We have an eye for detail and an affinity for aesthetics. All of this is evident in every single step. Our work process is characterized by dedication. Our goal is to roast the healthiest and crispiest granola that will delight every breakfast lover!

Sarah, Production & Distribution
Six years ago, she left Berlin with her young family and made a fresh start in Zurich – including with us. Nutrition already played a central role in her life back then. In the bakery, she actively helps out and has made her passion a part of her profession: creating a food that is good for body and soul. In addition, she answers all inquiries from companies with links. A true all-rounder.

Michelle, Lead Production
Michelle feels at home with us in every step of Tiny's production. With her background in the restaurant industry, good food has always been an important part of her life. Michelle doesn't focus on street names in Zurich, but rather on places where good food is available—and that's how she found her way to us. Because she loves working in a harmonious environment with like-minded people, she feels extremely comfortable with us.

Sibylle, founder
The founder of our factory loves San Francisco. It was there in 2008, during her time as a barista, that she learned how to roast granola. Back in Zurich, she applied this knowledge to her own creation, founding The Tiny Factory with a small budget and high standards. The ever-growing 'tiny granola community' delights her heart! She especially enjoys photographing and interviewing them for our ' TINY BLOG '. ☺︎

Käroly, Production
It was love at first sight on Instagram, and Käroly applied to work with us immediately after moving from Estonia to Zurich. Shortly thereafter, the cheerful soul regularly picked up her oven gloves and diligently roasted granola until the birth of her first child. It's a joy that even after her second maternity leave, she continues her passion for baking with us and ensures that the baking trays are out of the oven on time. Not so easy, after all.

Sina, Deputy Head of Management
A few years ago, she discovered our manufactory and felt that she wanted to be a part of it. Today, she brings her energy, organizational talent, and passion to us every day, lending a hand wherever she is needed. For her, quality means meticulousness in the product and strong teamwork. The fact that we "make the world's best granola" naturally plays into the hands of the trained designer.

Karin, Packaging & Co.
If there were a speed contest, Karin would win. Since the Tiny Factory was founded, she's been our loyal baking and distribution assistant. She loves the "meditative work with her hands" as a counterbalance to her otherwise busy daily routine. "Our team is like a little family! The bakery is our home," says Nora's mother, who is our most reliable quality inspector.

Angela, Packaging & Co.
Angela has been a loyal all-rounder with us for almost ten years and, thanks to her diverse assignments, knows many perspectives. She is always up to date when it comes to Zurich. Of course, she discovered Tiny early on. She particularly appreciates the personal and appreciative atmosphere here. Her attention to detail is also reflected in her passion for cooking, baking, and high-quality craftsmanship. Angela finds inspiration in nature during long walks with her dog.
