AN INTERVIEW WITH PAUL JENNI AND THE SUPPORT OF HIS WIFE MARGRIT

To this day, my 90-year-old father still struggles with the definition of granola—the "fluffy thing," as he calls it—but the fact that the TINY FACTORY even exists, thanks in part to him, must have delighted him (a few years younger than he was). I feel so honored and grateful that we can introduce him, this colorful artist of life, as a member of our TINY FAMILY!
Dear Dad, how are you connected to the TINY FACTORY?
Years ago, you brought me the baked muesli you made yourself to try. And when you started selling it, Mom helped you chop nuts for a while. I myself was thinking about how we could install our own oven to bake for you. But you said Aegeri was too far from Zurich for that.
What is your breakfast ritual?
As soon as I get up, I look forward to the delicious breakfast with porridge and granola to round it off!
How do you taste your granola and which variety do you prefer?
I prefer the classic version – it sweetens my start to the day and is a pleasure.

To this day, you can find him in his workshop almost every day.
