• You are responsible for production, team planning and distribution
• You will support our founder Sibylle in administrative tasks, maintaining contact with shops and customers, organizing the day-to-day operations of the factory, in marketing and in other varied tasks
• You lead the distribution team (currently one person) and all integration staff (currently three people)
• You organize workshops and events as well as tastings
• You coordinate the team in the bakery, together with our production lead and are the contact person for all team members
• If necessary, you will help with production
• Together with Sibylle you will work on optimization strategies in all areas

• A varied job in an exciting, up-and-coming location in the heart of Zurich's manufacturing landscape on the SBB Werkstadt site in Zurich Altstetten

• 80-90% workload spread over Monday to Thursday, sometimes Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Other weekdays available for events and workshops by arrangement.
