Coffee & Granola Bundle Lungo Capsules
There's plenty of roasting going on at Werkstadt Zürich. Our neighbours at ViCAFE fill the air with the aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans, while we take care of the granola. High time the two came together at the breakfast table.
For our first bundle, we've chosen the organic Honduras coffee. This Arabica, with its delicate notes of hazelnut, comes from the Aprolma Women’s Association, which supports single mothers in achieving financial independence. A story that's particularly close to our hearts as an almost entirely female team.
In the bundle:
350 g or 600 g Organic Granola classic + 350 g ViCAFE Honduras coffee.
Alternatively, our granola is available with four packs of ViCAFE Espresso or Lungo coffee capsules.

Honduras Aprolma Organic:
The association behind this organic coffee aims to help its female members who are single mothers achieve financial independence. Grown in La Paz, Honduras, this Arabica coffee has delicate hazelnut notes and is perfect as an espresso or with a splash of milk.
The Aprolma Women’s Association's organic coffee is also available to order online by the bag or as a coffee subscription.
Roasted by the Swiss Roasting Champion (SCA Switzerland, 2025).
For coffee freshness: The roasting date is always nine months before the best-before date.
Espresso:
The ViCAFE Espresso coffee capsules have been developed for a harmonious, well-balanced 40 ml espresso and are, of course, compatible with Nespresso machines.
Carefully blended from 100% Arabica coffees from Brazil, Guatemala and India, they contain no Kenyan beans, resulting in a softer, rounder flavour profile.
Lungo:
These Lungo coffee capsules, made with coffee from the Indonesia Orang Utan Project, are best enjoyed as an 80 ml lungo from your Nespresso machine.
The coffee is intense and full-bodied, with vibrant notes of orange, sweet liquorice, rich caramel and a hint of marzipan. Its washed and wet-hulled processing gives it a distinctive structure, combining the clarity and depth characteristic of high-quality Sumatran coffees.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the granola.

We ship fresh from production within a maximum of two working days from our bakery in Zurich. Currently, we only ship within Switzerland. From 1.5kg, we ship free of charge.
You are welcome to pick up your crispbreads at our manufactory at Hohlstrasse 418 in Altstetten, Zurich. Our opening hours are: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Our ingredients
oatmeal
They contain particularly high levels of fiber, minerals, and valuable vitamins – of all grains, oats have the highest vitamin B1 and B6 content and provide a lot of plant-based iron.
maple syrup
Maple syrup is painstakingly extracted from the sap of the sugar maple tree and is a precious product. We use Grade A, which provides a mild yet distinctive sweetness.
Almonds
They're packed with healthy nutrients, strengthen the immune system, and are good for metabolism. They also keep skin youthful and curb appetite. Quite simply: They're very healthy!
Cashews
They are relatively low in fat compared to other nuts. Cashews are also high in magnesium and phosphorus, providing important minerals for our bodies.
Macadamias
The macadamia is the queen of nuts! In addition to its unsaturated fatty acids, it also offers plenty of magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, and B vitamins for strong nerves and healthy bones.
