What you can expect: After a brief introduction, we'll activate all our senses and get hands-on with mixing the high-quality ingredients. The trays will go into the oven, and you'll enjoy delicious granola while our experienced granola roasters share their secrets. The freshly baked granola will then be beautifully packaged for you to take home—to enjoy yourself or as a gift for your loved ones.

CANCELLATION, REFUND, EXCHANGE
1. Registration for a workshop is binding. Sessions missed by the customer or other participants (if the customer books a workshop or workshops through tinyfactory.ch for a third party) cannot be rescheduled and are not subject to refund.
2. In case of a delay of more than 30 minutes by the customer or another participant (if the customer orders a workshop or workshops via Matierebrute.ch for a third party) to the workshop, The Tiny Factory reserves the right to cancel participation in the workshop for reasons related to organization and the quality of the workshop. No refunds will be offered.
3. To ensure the smooth running of the workshops, The Tiny Factory sets a minimum and maximum number of participants for each workshop. Places will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received on tinyfactory.ch. If the number of participants is not sufficient, The Tiny Factory reserves the right to cancel the workshop in question and refund the amount paid by the customer, subject to the customer's option to choose another available date to participate in the workshop. If the workshop must be cancelled due to insufficient participants, The Tiny Factory will notify the customer at least 3 days before the scheduled workshop date.
4. A request to change the date of the booked workshop can be made by the customer or any other participant by email to hello@thetinyfactory.ch up to 5 days before the scheduled date of the workshop in question. In such a case, The Tiny Factory will endeavour to replace the vacated place and suggest a new date for participation to the customer or the participant(s) concerned. However, The Tiny Factory does not guarantee that the date of the booked workshop will be changed; in this case, the originally agreed date will remain valid and no refund will be issued.
5. If unforeseen or unavoidable events (such as natural disasters, epidemics, etc.) affect the planned course of a workshop, The Tiny Factory reserves the right, depending on the circumstances, to modify certain services or terminate the workshop without replacement. In such a case, the customer is entitled to a refund of the payments made in the amount of the services not replaced or not performed. All further claims by the customer The Tiny Factory (in particular compensation for damages due to non-fulfillment of the workshop) are excluded.
