What you can expect: After a brief introduction, we will activate all our senses and immediately get hands-on with mixing the high-quality ingredients. The trays go into the oven, and you can enjoy delicious granola while our experienced granola roasters share their secrets. The freshly baked granola will then be beautifully packaged by you so you can take it home – to snack on yourself or as a gift for your loved ones.

CANCELLATION, REFUND, EXCHANGE
1. Registration for a workshop is binding. Sessions missed by the customer or other participants (if the customer orders a workshop or workshops via tinyfactory.ch for a third party) cannot be made up and are not subject to a refund.
2. In the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes by the customer or another participant (if the customer orders a workshop for a third party) to the workshop, The Tiny Factory reserves the right to cancel participation in the workshop for reasons of organization and the quality of the workshop provided. A refund is not possible.
3. To ensure the smooth running of the workshops, The Tiny Factory sets a minimum and maximum number of participants for each workshop. Places are allocated in the order of receipt of registrations on tinyfactory.ch. If the number of participants is insufficient, The Tiny Factory reserves the right to cancel the workshop concerned and to refund the amount paid by the customer, subject to the customer's option to choose another available date for participation in the workshop. If the workshop has to be canceled due to an insufficient number of participants, The Tiny Factory will notify the customer at least 3 days before the scheduled date of the workshop.
4. A request to change the date of the ordered workshop can be made by the customer or any other participant by email to hello@thetinyfactory.ch up to 5 days before the scheduled date of the workshop concerned. In such a case, The Tiny Factory will endeavor to fill the vacant spot and suggest a new date for participation to the customer or the participant(s) concerned. However, The Tiny Factory does not guarantee that a change of date for the ordered workshop will be possible; in this case, the originally agreed date will still apply and no refund will be granted.
5. If unforeseen or unavoidable events (such as natural disasters, epidemics, etc.) affect the planned course of a workshop, The Tiny Factory is entitled, depending on the circumstances, to change certain services or to cancel the workshop without compensation. In such a case, the customer is entitled to a refund of the payments made to the extent of the unreplaced or unperformed services. All further claims on the part of The Tiny Factory (in particular damages for non-fulfillment of the workshop) are excluded.
